Management of Pharmaceutical R&D Projects

ProjectPharm’s mission is to apply state of the art project management – as it is common in other industries, e.g. automotive, telecom, IT, amongst others – to pharmaceutical development projects. At ProjectPharm, we firmly believe that Project Management is one of those areas with the highest room for improvement within pharmaceutical R&D projects.

For this purpose we use a series of processes from different project management standards, as well as tools and techniques developed for specific purposes, and carefully select the most appropriate ones for every individual project.
